EliteJuicez Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing EliteJuicez! We take pride in ensuring every order arrives as fresh and nutrient-packed as when it left our hands. Please review our updated shipping and processing policy below:



Processing Time


Once your order is placed, please allow 24–48 hours for processing. During this time, we freshly prepare and package your juices to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.



Fulfillment Time


After processing, there is an additional 25–38 hour fulfillment window to allow your juices to freeze completely before shipment. This step is essential to ensure they stay cold and preserved throughout transit.



Shipping Days


All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (business days only).

We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to avoid potential delays that could affect product freshness.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and fulfilled the following business week.



Shipping Window


All packages are shipped via UPS with a 1–2 business day delivery window.

We only approve shipping options that guarantee delivery within 1–3 business days maximum, as longer transit times can compromise juice quality and freshness.



Damaged or Delayed Shipments


While we take every precaution to package and preserve your juices, we understand that unexpected issues can occur during transit.


If your package arrives damaged, partially thawed, or delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@elitejuicez.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged packaging and products

A brief description of the issue


Once we receive your claim, we will promptly file a report with UPS and keep you updated throughout the process.

If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement order or store credit depending on the situation.


Please note:

EliteJuicez is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by customers, or unclaimed packages left unrefrigerated after delivery.

To preserve product freshness, please track your package and refrigerate or freeze your juices immediately upon arrival.
